1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Kuwait only. Orders can be delivered to available areas within Kuwait based on our delivery coverage and courier availability. We do not offer GCC or international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within one to two business days. Customized or engraved watches may require three to five additional working days for preparation. Orders placed after 9:00 PM or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Kuwait City orders are delivered within one to two business days. Orders from other Kuwait regions may take two to four business days. We work with courier partners to help ensure safe and timely delivery for every order.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat delivery fee applies: KWD 2.000 for Standard Delivery and KWD 3.500 for Express Delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so that you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Although we always strive for on-time delivery, unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, address issues, or public holidays may cause slight delays. K Time will notify you promptly in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and a clear description or photo of the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange for a replacement or suitable solution.
